Energy healing, more broadly, refers to various practices that work with the body’s energy fields, aiming to improve well-being and health by removing blockages, balancing energies, or directing healing energy where it’s needed. It’s based on the idea that energy flows through and around the body, and disturbances in this flow can lead to illness or discomfort.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves me using my hands to channel energy into the body of the recipient. This energy helps balance and restore physical, emotional, and spiritual health by promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
